I had a mold problem in my house and hired KC Waterproofing to take care of it.  They were extremely professional, pleasant to work with, and very competent.  I was very impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable they were.  It was done right the first time.  The work was done in a timely manner with minimal mess, and the area was thoroughly cleaned before KC Waterproofing left.  I would hire KC Waterproofing again in a heartbeat.   In fact, I did hire them again to clean my air ducts and again I was impressed.  The work was professional and complete, and the guys were very nice.  They gave one price, it was reasonable, and there were no surprise extra charges like some of the other companies I dealt with.  Again it was a great experience.  I highly recommend KC Waterproofing.

Don Derry and his team at KC Waterproofing Solutions did a tremendous job for me on SMSD Moody Elementary in 2008 and Ashford Place Assisted Living in 2009. Both projects were completed with the utmost in professionalism and timeliness.

The most recent project was one that I had recommended KC Waterproofing Solutions to the Owner for that specific scope of work. True to form and character, Don and his team took charge of their scope of work and completed the project ahead of schedule.  At the end we even added six (6) additional helical piers per the Architect’s direction and KC gave the Owner a price break from the Unit Costs submitted and saved the Owner several hundred dollars.

I have some remolding work where I did have to move a 5 inch supply line and need to get a new line installed before I set the appt with you.

You have a damn good locally owned company and that is priceless. My wife & I bought another house right nearby that also needs an epoxy injection so not far down the road we also will have you look at that not a big job but needs to be done.
